Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (collectively, “Google”) collect anonymous data (ad views, browser information, cookie data, date/time, demographic data, hardware/software type, interaction data, page views, and serving domains), pseudonymous data (IP Address (EU PII), search history, location based data, Clickstream Data, PII (name , address, phone number, email address, login, EU- IP address, EU-unique device ID ), sensitive (financial information). Bond does not combine the information collected through Google with Personally Identifiable Information.

Compliance with applicable law: We may disclose your Personal Information as we may in our sole discretion determine is necessary or reasonably required to comply with the law, applicable regulations, court orders or subpoenas, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of others.

Security: Mitigate fraud, enhance the security of the Site and manage institutional risk.

Change in the Site Ownership: If ownership of the Site or of Bond changes, whether in whole or in part, information collected through the Site and the Services about you may be transferred to the new owner of the Site and/or Bond, as the case may be, and any Services can continue. Payment Processing, Applications and Loan Servicing: For processing payments, facilitating loans, servicing loans and performing and exercising any rights or obligations related to the Services we provide you.

As part of the provision of the Services, we may provide access to information you provide in order to facilitate the provision of Services to you, including, without limitation, the processing of your loan application, the funding of your loan, and the servicing of your loan. 9. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

We may use your email address to send you messages notifying you of important changes to the Services or special offers we think you may be interested in. Bond exclusively provides the Services through the internet, therefore, in order to receive our Services, it is necessary for you to consent to transacting business with us electronically. We also require you to consent to giving us certain disclosures electronically, either through the Site or to the email address you provide to us. By entering into any agreement for any of the Services, you agree to receive electronically all documents, communications, notices, contracts and agreements (collectively, “Communications and Agreements”) arising from or relating to your use of the Site and the Services, including any loans you may request or receive, your registration on the Site, your use of the Services, and the servicing of your loan, if funded, from us or our lender partners.

Scope of Consent: Your consent to receive Communications and Agreements and transact business electronically, and our agreement to do so, applies to any transactions to which such Communications and Agreements apply.

10. RETENTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable laws. We use reasonable security precautions to protect your information while in storage.

11. Security

We will use commercially reasonable methods to keep your Personal Information securely in our files and systems. When credit card numbers are transmitted through a field in a form on the Site requesting credit card numbers, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. All nonpublic Personal Information, as defined under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act is stored in encrypted format and is encrypted in transit.

12. Do Not Track

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may send to Bond by email or instant messaging programs (e.g., AOL, Yahoo, etc.), or through social media networks, even if you open such programs or services by clicking a link displayed on the Site. Email, social media, and instant messages are not recognized as secure communication forms. Please do not send any information you consider private to us by email or instant message or through social media sites (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, etc.) due to the public nature of such postings.

14. Links to Other Sites

The Site and the online Services may contain links to other websites. Bond is not responsible for the actions, practices, or content of websites linked to or from the Site or the online Services. You understand such websites may require you to agree to their terms of use and that we have no control over these terms. As always, you understand it is your responsibility to verify your legal use of a website and use of information from the website with the corresponding website owner.

15. Age of Consent

Bond takes special care to protect the privacy needs of children under the age of 13 and we encourage parents to be an active participant in their child’s online activities. Bond abides by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant laws. The Site does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 13, and Bond will not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from them. If Bond discovers that a child has provided personal data directly through the Site, Bond will eliminate that data. This Site is only intended for persons 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must ask a parent or legal guardian for permission prior to submitting any information to this Site.

If you have knowledge that a child 13 years of age or younger has submitted Personally Identifiable Information to us, please contact us and we will delete the Personal Information collected belonging to that child. 17. California Privacy Rights

Under Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can obtain certain information from companies with whom they have an established business relationship. That information is about the Personal Information those companies have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. The law requires companies to inform consumers about the categories of Personal Information shared with third parties, the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the services or products marketed by those third parties. 18. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT

This Privacy Policy for California residents supplements the information contained above in our general privacy policy and applies solely to visitors, users and others who reside in the State of California. Any inconsistent terms in any other sections of the Privacy Policy will be superseded by this Section for California residents.

How to Submit a Request to Know or a Request to Delete

To request this information, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. We are not required to provide you with Personal Information more than twice in a 12-month period.

We will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.

We will try to respond to your request within forty-five (45) days of receipt of your written request. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, specifically by electronic mail communication.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Opt-Out Request

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sharing with third parties. However, you may change your mind and opt back into personal information sharing with third parties at any time by emailing us at admin@bondstaking.com.

We will only use Personal Information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request. We will act upon your opt-out request within 15 days of receipt.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

Deny you goods or services, except to the extent that underwriting for a loan requires the disclosure of Personal Information that you have decided not to disclose or allow us to use for the purpose of a loan.

Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.

Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.

Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information's value and contain written terms that describe the program's material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

19. YOUR NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Nevada law (SB 220), permits customers in Nevada to opt-out of the sale of certain kinds of personal information. A sale under Nevada law is the transfer of this personal information to third parties for monetary consideration so these third parties can then re-sell or license the sold information. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties as defined in Nevada law. 20. Amendments

Bond reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion with or without notice. Any revisions are effective immediately once posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site shall indicate your acceptance of the revision. Revisions to the Privacy Policy regarding the use of Personal Information are not retroactive.

21. European Union Disclosure

If you do not consent to having your information processed and stored in the United States of America, please do not provide it to Bond. Bond contends that the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 does not apply to its processing of personal information and that it is not within the jurisdiction of the EU. All processing of PII is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America.
